Three Important stages of the above trainings
  • 1st stage (Senior ) :- Valid for three years from the date of examination.
  • 2nd stage (Vouicher) :- Renewal stage, valid for five years from the date of examination.
  • 3rd stage (Medallion) :- Renewal stage, valid for long life period.

All the above trainings will be conducted under the banner of St. John Ambulance Association / Indian Red Cross Society. The certificate will be issued from our National Head Quarter (N.H.Q.) - New Delhi.

Terms & Condition For Conducting First Aid Training Programme
  • At least 30 participants should participate in the training programme. Nos. of the participants can be increased or decreased on mutual consent between trainer and organising body.
  • 2nd class a/c train fare as travelling allowances and daily allowances should be paid to trainer by organising body.
  • Certification charge as per state branch charges will payable by organising body according to the number of the participants.
  • Lodging (air conditioner) and fooding for the trainer should be arranged by the organising body ( in case of out station training - outside from Patn
  • Trainer will carry his Laptop and PPT for presentation, other necessity arrangements such as LCD Projector and sound system should be arranged by the organising body.
  • Logistics for the training programme ( such as bamboo sticks , blanket , bed sheets, bandages , white or black board , stationary etc. ) should be arranged by organising body.
  • Date and time for the training should be fixed earlier by mutual consent between trainer and organising body . Any change in date , time and venue should be informed earlier.
  • All the payments in regard of training programme should be paid in advance before the starting of the training.
  • Any change or brief clarification on any of the point either mentioned or not, should be entertained and cleared before the starting the training.
  • Organising body means any individual , any NGO , any Government Organisation such as CRPF - BSF - Police - Railway - Banks , any corporate agency , any industry / factory , any institution and colleges etc.
  • Above TOR is not made for any District / Sub - district branch of Indian Red Cross Society , Bihar State Branch. Decision for conducting training programme at any of the district and sub - district branches can be taken only by the Director cum Addl. Commissioner of Indian Red Cross Society - St. John Ambulance Association and Hony. Training Officer - Red Cross & St. John Ambulance , Bihar State Branch.
